Cafento is the most important coffee company in Asturias with a history of almost 90 years. Since 1930, it has managed to position itself in the market not only nationally, but also internationally, selling coffee in various European countries such as France and the Czech Republic.
Cafento is made up of more than twenty companies that together create a great reference in the coffee sector. In addition to coffee, they also sell chocolates, infusions, and iced teas.
One of Cafento’s objectives is to provide users with unique moments through coffee by selling their products to bars and restaurants.
To improve Cafento’s service, they needed a tool that would be used as a communication channel with owners and employees of bars and restaurants and thus create a community in contact and informed through news, statistics, and customer service spaces.
For this reason, Cafento contacted our team to develop a mobile application adapted to what they needed to improve their services.
We focus on the development of a mobile application that allows better communication between bars and restaurants and Cafento.
Through the mobile app, hoteliers can send notifications of failures in the coffee machines, consult statistics, as well as news sections. All of this allows us to improve customer service in bars and restaurants.
The digitalization and centralization of processes in the same tool, as well as the promotion of new communication channels, allow us to improve the service and productivity of the hospitality sector.
By using mobile devices and developing an app, it is possible to simplify processes that would otherwise cause delays and inconveniences.
