Emplea-t4x4<\/h1>\n<p>January 31, we participated in the <strong>Networking Macro-events organized by <a href=\"http:\/\/www.empleatecuatroporcuatro.com\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"> Emplea-t 4&#215;4 <\/a><\/strong>with the participation of four collectives (about 300 people).<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignleft wp-image-536 size-full\" src=\"https:\/\/abamobile.com\/web\/wp-content\/uploads\/2013\/01\/noticiasEmpleat4x41.png\" alt=\"noticiasEmpleat4x4\" width=\"220\" height=\"119\" title=\"\">\u00a0Project t Emplea-t 4&#215;4 general objective is the Asturias labor market revitalization, through a Total Talent Management, encouraging contact and cooperation of those agents considered vital to the recovery of employment and entrepreneurship.<\/p>\n<p><strong><span style=\"color: #333333;\">This project aims to<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Sensitize and energize the business and entrepreneurial social reality.<\/li>\n<li>Contribute proactively to job creation and business development, facilitating and contacting talent through different channels and strategies.<\/li>\n<li>Break the gap between unemployed, companies and recruiters.<\/li>\n<li>Generate a common channel to share entrepreneurial experiences, business or employment-related.<\/li>\n<li>Create and strengthen opportunities for dialogue, the transmission of know-how and debate.<\/li>\n<li>Contacting professionals dedicated to job placement and selection with potential customers (employers and unemployed).<\/li>\n<li>Include, in networking activities, the collective who needs more this help: people actively seeking employment.<\/li>\n<li>Promote efficient and effective interaction of all groups, urging them to cooperate in projects (labor relations, agreements, advice, etc.)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Our participation in the program had the following objectives<\/p>\n<p><strong><span style=\"color: #333333;\"> Contributions
